Totally eccentric place, but I really liked that about it. Reminds me of an adult version of Swiss family Robinson. The homey feel (enter dogs sitting on rugs in front of the fireplace) including the delicious dinner and wine was a warm welcome after long travel day. The bath tub felt great too, to wash off the safari grit. I liked being close to the some activities and the shops so that I could easily grab some souvenirs to take home after our safari.
